By accessing or using Cloud Agent, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use our services.

2. Description of Service

Cloud Agent provides a cloud-based development environment for building and deploying AI agents, including computing resources, storage and software tools.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the Service and any content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws. You are also responsible for maintaining account and password security.

• You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws).
• You will not upload or transmit viruses or other malicious code.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the code and projects you create on Cloud Agent. We claim no intellectual property rights over material you provide to the Service.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud Agent and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
